1. Introduction

XWorld (the "Platform") is an AI roleplay and companion application for adult users. We understand the importance of your personal information and take legally required measures to keep it safe and under your control.

Please read this policy carefully before using the Platform. By checking the consent box or continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

1. Account information: the email address you provide at registration and your password (stored only as an irreversible hash). If you sign in with WeChat, Apple or Google, we receive the unique identifier from that platform and the basic profile you authorize (e.g. nickname, email).

2. User content: conversations with AI characters, characters you create or customize, images and audio you upload, favorites and generation-task records. This content is used to provide session continuity and a personalized experience.

3. Device and log information: device platform (Android/iOS/HarmonyOS), app version (for update detection) and operational logs needed to troubleshoot issues (not including conversation text).

4. Payment information: purchases and subscriptions are processed by app stores (Apple/Google) or licensed payment providers. We only store order identifiers, product identifiers and fulfillment status — never your card number or payment credentials.

3. How We Use Information

1. To provide core features such as AI chat, roleplay, and image/video generation, and to maintain session and long-term memory continuity;

2. To process purchases, subscriptions and usage records and keep transactions safe;

3. To detect app versions and prompt updates; to secure accounts and the service against fraud and abuse;

4. To send you service notifications where you have consented.

4. AI-Generated Content

Your conversation input is processed by large-model providers we engage in order to generate replies. We transmit only what is necessary to produce the reply, and we require such providers to keep the data confidential and not to use it for training their own models.

AI-generated content is produced automatically by algorithms and may contain errors, fiction or inappropriate material. It does not represent the Platform's views and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

5. Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following cases:

1. Technical providers: upstream providers of large models, image/video generation and voice synthesis (limited to what is necessary to complete a generation); payment providers and app stores (limited to transaction information);

2. Legal requirements: where disclosure is required by applicable law or compulsory orders of judicial authorities;

3. Any other situation where we have obtained your explicit consent.

6. Retention and Deletion

1. Your account and content data are retained while you use the Platform. You may delete character sessions and generated content at any time from Settings;

2. After you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, unless otherwise required by law;

3. You can obtain a copy of your personal data at any time via "Settings - Export my data".

7. Protection of Minors

The Platform is intended solely for users aged 18 or older. By registering and using the Platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that data promptly.

8. Third-Party SDKs We Integrate

1. This product is built on the DCloud uni-app x framework. While the app runs, the framework collects device identifier information (e.g., Android ID, OAID) and app startup/crash logs, to keep the app running and to analyze and improve performance and user experience. 2. To deliver notifications, we integrate UniPush push services (provided by GeTui). While the app runs, the service collects device identifiers (e.g., device serial number, OAID) and network status, to deliver notifications such as task completion. 3. If you choose to sign in with WeChat, we integrate the WeChat Open SDK (provided by Tencent). After your authorization, it collects your WeChat identifier and the basic profile you grant (e.g., nickname, avatar), to create and identify your account. If you do not use WeChat sign-in, the SDK does not collect this information.

4. If in-app ad display is enabled, we integrate the uni-ad ad service (DCloud), which may include third-party promotion SDKs such as CSJ and YouLiangHui. Only when the ad feature is enabled do the related SDKs collect device identifiers (e.g., OAID, Android ID) and network information for ad delivery and anti-fraud. The current version does not enable ad display, so no such collection takes place.

5. All of the above SDKs are integrated on the premise that you have consented to this policy. We and these providers process your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and this policy.

9. Updates and Contact

This policy may be updated from time to time; material changes will be announced in the app.
